DOC's complete grape wine kits need no added sugar and give 23L finished wine with as much as 14% alcohol content. Chardonnay white wine is often stored in small oak barrels to produce strong flavors and aromas. Fruity character - often described as citrus - and the subsequent storage in oak barrels introduces flavors such as "oak" or "vanilla", sometimes described as "smoky taste" and with a slightly buttery taste from the malolactic fermentation.HistoryDOC's wine batches have been around for over 30 years and are the leading quality brand in Sweden.
