Star San is a high foam, final acid anionic rinse for sanitizing equipment. It contains a blend of phosphoric acid and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid. This synergistic blend is unaffected by excessive organic soils.Star San is also a self-foaming acid anionic detergent. It can be applied through a foamer to produce self-adhering foam or manual application. Cleaning with Star San on a daily basis will leave equipment in an acid condition that will eliminate water spotting, mineral build-up, and corrosion. Dosage: 15 ml per 10 liters of water.Contact time: 3 minutes.

If you have a Heat Exchanger, we would highly recommend bagging your hops if you're going to do a NEIPA or DIPA, as it may clog your plates or even your pump! Rated up to 110C it is the perfect tool for an easier clean up regime. This can also be used to steep malted grain, or literally anything you need to use like a tea bag. Re-usable, we recommend soaking in a Sodium Percarbonate mixture then a machine wash. Customise your hop sock with this "Tie The Knot" Hop Sock, cut it in half, thirds, fourths. Then simply tie the end, bag up your hops/spices tie again and drop them into your boiler, fermenter or even a modified radler. This can also be used to steep malted grain, or literally anything you need to use like a tea bag. Upgrade your 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 with the all new barbed magnetic driven pump. This pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4. This model was once a Green Demon (Green Colour), it has now been switched over to a Grey Goblin (Gun Metal Grey Colour). To upgrade the 65L BrewZilla Gen 4, you will need to perform some light electrical terminal rewiring. This pump comes prefitted with blade and circle connectors to swap out the standard 6 watt pump. You will need to re-use the grommet fitting so be gentle when taking it off the 6w pump. Please see product photos for particular configurations, standard config using ball valve, or Oli's Hail Mary configuration (braided hosing sold separately). Standard Configuration - No additional fittings/hoses requiredThis configuration is a direct swap out of the 6w pump to the 25w pump. Utilising the tee splitter and the original hosing that comes with the 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla.It does help a little bit if you use the outlet elbow piece on the inlet, and vice versa as the 25w pump is slightly taller than the 6w stock standard pump. Alternative Configuration ~ Oli's Hail MaryFor this method you will need about a 165mm piece of 12mm ID hosing, preferably braided. You cannot use normal silicone hosing for this.
