Simcoe IPA 6.5%
This beer is an India Pale Ale (IPA) in our Single Hop series where a single hop is in focus - perfect for getting to know the hop variety. A golden India Pale Ale (IPA) with lovely spicy, earthy flavor of pine, orange and citrus from the American Simcoe hops. The alcohol strength is well supplemented by the bitterness provided by the hop and gives the beer a fine balance. This recipe is dry-hopped for a extra punch of aroma.

- Hop: Simcoe
- Dry hop: Yes
- Malt (crushed) : Golden Promise Pale Ale
- Yeast: American Ale
- Clearer: Protafloc
