This blow gun is easy to use to replace the air in fermenters, kegs or bottles with CO2 before they need to be refilled. Carbon dioxide is heavier than oxygen, which means that the oxygen is displaced and the risk of oxidation of the beer is reduced. The blowgun fits directly onto a 425g SodaStream-type carbonation cartridge without an additional adapter. Press the trigger to blow CO2 from the carbonation tube. Fits 3/8" hose. It can also be used instead of a regulator in a draft beer plant. The gun has a safety valve that triggers at 1 bar. This is a good serving pressure for most types of beer. When the safety valve beeps, you know that the pressure in the barrel is 1 bar.Please note that the gas tube, hose and barrel coupling are not included.

Integrated RegulatorOther filling machines require an external regulator that may need to drop the pressure lower than your normal keg dispense pressure.  Unlike these other fillers this filler has an integrated regulator which saves time and setup cost.
